PP Filler Masterbatch
Polypropylene (PP) filler masterbatch adopts calcium carbonate, talcum powder or barium sulfate as fillers. Activated‑surface treatment ensures good compatibility with PP resin. At loading of 10%‑40%, it greatly reduces raw‑material cost, improves rigidity, heat resistance and dimensional stability, and lowers shrinkage and warpage. Suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blow‑molding.
Main Applications
Automotive Components: Interior parts including bumpers, instrument panels, door trims and pillar trims. Improves rigidity and dimensional stability; impact performance can be balanced with toughening agents. Home Appliances: Inner & outer tubs of washing machines, outdoor air‑conditioner housings, rice‑cooker bases. Enhances heat resistance and anti‑deformation performance. Injection‑molded Daily Goods: Plastic chairs, storage boxes, trash cans, clothes hangers and tableware. Reduces cost while boosting rigidity and surface hardness. Pipes & Profiles: PP corrugated pipes, drain pipes and building formworks. Increases ring stiffness of pipes and dimensional stability of profiles. Extruded Sheets & Strapping Bands: Folder sheets, strapping bands and flat yarn for woven bags. Improves hardness, shaping performance and processability.
